Twenty years in these islands

Seaside Land Constructions began in 2005, in the hands of Pavlos Nysianakis, a civil engineer. For twenty years it worked in one place only — the north-east corner of Paros, the ground between Ampelas, Naoussa and Santa Maria — where nearly everything we have raised still stands within a short drive of the office. The first house beyond it is going up now on Antiparos, across the strait.

We draw, we license, we build, and we hand over; the houses we offer for sale are the ones we raised ourselves. Twenty years of that has left more than twenty finished works on the island: private villas, the walled seafront estate at Ampelas that is now Stagones Luxury Villas, and Hotel Vione — forty rooms above the water at Ampelas, delivered in 2025.

The company stays small on purpose. The work is run from the Paros office, minutes from most of our sites, and owners who are not on the island we meet in Glyfada or across a screen. The people you speak to at the beginning are the ones who put the keys in your hand at the end.
