Villa Sabbia

Villa Sabbia sits on the plot beside Villa Roccia, a few minutes above the fishing bay of Ampelas. It is the smaller of the two residences: a 78 m² ground floor of kitchen, living, dining and master bedroom, a single bedroom and terraces above, and a self-contained guesthouse below, all gathered around an overflow pool.

The house is built the way we like to build on Paros. White lime-rendered volumes rest on local stone walls, a timber pergola shades the outdoor seating, and the floors run in one polished cement surface from the living room out to the pool deck. A young olive tree holds the courtyard.

From the terraces the view runs over the dry summer landscape to the bay and, on clear days, across the strait to Naxos. Completed in 2026 [TBC], it is the most recent example of a Seaside Land villa delivered from concept to finished home.
