Architectural rendering
Work is under way on Villa Roccia, the larger of our two Ampelas residences. The design, developed through the summer of 2025, places every principal room towards the water: a 153 m² ground floor of living, dining and two master suites opening onto the overflow pool, a first-floor guesthouse, and a full basement with gym, games room and staff quarters.
The renderings on the project page show the finished house at dusk, with the dry-stone walls, timber pergolas and the olive tree that is being kept at the centre of the plan.
Villa Roccia is available for sale during construction, which allows a buyer to settle the final finishes and furnishing. Price on request. [Construction milestones and delivery date to be confirmed by the client.]
