Villa Sabbia, the smaller of the two residences we are building on neighbouring plots above Ampelas bay, is finished. The photographs on the project page were taken by drone this summer, with the pool filled, the terraces paved and the first plants in the ground.
The house follows the same architectural language as its larger neighbour, Villa Roccia: lime-rendered white volumes on local stone walls, a timber pergola over the outdoor seating, and polished cement floors that run from the living room to the pool deck. A self-contained guesthouse sits at basement level with its own light-well.
Villa Roccia, next door, is under construction and available for sale. [Date of completion to be confirmed by the client.]
