Hotel Vione Paros

Hotel Vione Paros is the largest project we have delivered: forty rooms and suites on a sloping coastal site at Ampelas, on the east coast of Paros, handed over in 2025.

The buildings step down the hillside in low white volumes faced with local stone, so the roofline stays below the ridge and every room looks east across the water to Naxos. Around the main pool and its terrace sit a restaurant and bar, a spa with an indoor pool and treatment rooms, a fitness studio and parking. Many of the suites have a plunge or private pool set into a walled veranda.

Inside, the materials are travertine, fluted timber, plaster and pale mosaic — the palette of our villas, at hotel scale and held to hotel tolerances. Forty bathrooms, forty terraces and a spa all detailed the same way is a different kind of job from a single house, and it is the clearest measure of what we can build.

We took the hotel from licensing through construction to handover. It now operates as Vione Paros.
